Outset of the project / Yves Mboda incorporates Colnec Health S.A. in France

Colnec Health proposes a novel approach to care, based on sharing, real-time, support, collaboration and interactivity.

  • Colnec Health enables healthcare professionals, paramedics, as well as helping peers, to give daily support to patients suffering from multiple or complex chronic diseases. Patients are closely supported and can hence develop the needed skills to manage their own care autonomously, to fulfill their medical objectives and to live their life to the best of their capabilities.
  • Our solution endeavors to improve patients’ health and quality of life, whilst providing greater efficiency to healthcare professionals and achieving care costs reductions.

Colnec is a solution designed to help chronic or complex patients in their daily life, allowing them to take an active part in defining and observing their care plan, from its very creation to its aftercare.
Colnec is a solution thought-out to tackle the needs of tomorrow’s medicine (chronic diseases increase, development of remote medicine, e-health).
